These terms cover your use of the VietAuto website. They are not the sale agreement: buying a vehicle is covered by the purchase contract you sign at the dealership, and where the two differ, that contract governs.
Information on this site. We try to keep prices, mileage and specifications accurate, but listings are prepared by people and can contain errors, and a car can be sold between your visit and ours. Nothing on this website is a binding offer. A price becomes firm when it is written into a purchase agreement.
Estimates and calculators. Payment figures, trade-in values and repair cost ranges shown here are estimates for guidance only. Actual terms depend on credit approval, inspection and the work a specific vehicle turns out to need.
Reservations. A reservation holds a vehicle for the stated period. Deposits are refundable as described in the reservation terms. A reservation is not a purchase and does not fix the price.
Your submissions. Do not send us anything you do not have the right to send, and do not use our forms to send unlawful, misleading or abusive content. We may refuse or remove submissions and refuse service.
Availability. We do not promise the site will be available without interruption, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
